Fall/Spring/Full Academic Year
Summer Session
Conditions - Fall/Spring/Full Academic Year
I am applying for admission to the American University Center of Provence under the conditions outlined below. If admitted, I agree to accept the authority of the Director throughout my association with the group and to represent my university and country responsibly: I understand that violations of AUCP rules, including that concerning the systematic speaking of French, may result
in dismissal from the program. I agree to pay all expenses incurred during my year/semester abroad, including board, lodging, and travel, and to respect the conditions of tuition payment as outlined on the AUCP payment schedule.
Costs include tuition, book fees, housing and meals (demi-pension - seven breakfasts & five dinners a week plus Sunday lunches), scheduled activities and excursions, comprehensive health & personal liability insurance, and (for Aix program only) one optional course at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques or, in the framework of "AUCP Direct," three optional courses at the University of Aix (Full-Year & Spring only).
Payments may be made in three instalments according to a fee schedule communicated with the student's admission packet. Federal and state grants and loans may be applied to foreign study. For details, students should consult the study abroad and financial aid offices of their home university.
